Great comfortable hotel

Great hotel in a historic building in the centre of town, close to restaurants, bars and all the main sights. Super comfortable bed, very spacious room. Friendly staff.

Fijn hotel op een perfecte locatie! De kamer was schoon, de bedden sliepen heerlijk en het ontbijt was echt uitgebreid en lekker. Lier is een gezellige stad en alles is op loopafstand, ook is er een goede parkeergarage vlakbij die je vooraf kunt reserveren. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en komen graag nog eens terug!

We hadden een verblijf van 2 nachten. De kamer die we hadden was op en top. Grote badkamer met ligbad. Het bed was heerlijk en kamer was netjes met een koelkast met vriezertje. Dagelijks werd fles water vervangen en houskeeping deed goed zijn werk. Hotel ligt mooi centraal direct aan zimmerplein. Lier heeft kleine binnenkern waar je heerlijk doorheen kan wandelen. Leuke bruggetjes en een mooie gracht. Het ontbijt was netjes..van alles wat en service van personeel was correct. Voor een dagtrip is Lier wel leuk, wij hadden het gecombineerd met dagtrip naar Antwerpen met de trein vanuit station Lier. Voor een prikkie kun je daar parkeren bij grote parkeerplaats aan het station van Lier. Ik kijk terug naar een mooi verblijf.

Je recommande grandement cet hôtel qui est merveilleux sur tous les points. Hôtel avec cour, très belle chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Et un très bon emplacement avec une vue sur la tour de Zimmer. 👏👌

Historic and lovely

The location of this hotel couldn’t have been better. I would recommend Lier and this hotel to anyone traveling in Belgium. If you have mobility issues, be sure to ask for a downstairs room because the stairs are steep.

Unique building very close to central square and other attractions. Great breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely big rooms. Only disadvantage is the lack of parking but there are plenty of car parks within walking distance, if you can find a space! Would definitely go back.
