「Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle」

「While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing.」

「Una super opción si vas en famila nuestro cuarto era muy amplio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación del hotel no puede ser mejor y la alberca esta en la terraza y eso le da tener una vista increíble. El personal super atento oscar de la recepción nos ayudó en todas nuestras dudas y a conseguir lavanderia. Muchas gracias.」
