"Rooms were a bit dated but the overall feel was great. Comfortable beds were very nice. Only note is that in the bathroom was a smell that seemed to come from the sewer piping which was unpleasant. A few light bulbs were missing in the track light but it was manageable. The staff was stellar with service!"

"The room is spacious, the bathroom too is roomy and the amenities in the bathroom are very good. I would suggest that more hooks would be helpful. One has a dressing gown, the next set of clothes and one does not want to drop anything on the floor or into a wet sink."

"The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Belvedere Palace. The excellent 71 tram service into the city centre runs by the front of hotel with a stop almost outside, so it takes only a few minutes to reach the Opera House and city centre. The hotel room (636) was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were efficient, professional and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast available. Definitely a hotel to return to! I’m"

"Great location with easy walking distance to transportation from the hotel to take you to all parts of the city. Our room had a balcony and was great to use for lunch and watching people. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby"

"Novotel Hauptbahnhof was truly perfect for a 5 night stay in Wien with my parents, where we needed easy access to the Hauptbahnhof and public transit. The D line is 3 mins away, and the train station is even closer. The staff here were incredible, warm, and helpful, the restaurant and especially the bar staff were amazing, and the property is a great value for the amenities, rooms, and the convenience. Our flight arrived in Wien early, and even though we were able to store our bags for a bit, our room was ready shortly before 10am. 10 out of 10, no notes!"
