「Hotel is quite new and free parking in front of hotel door. But the breakfast was not good at all. 」

「Good experience, clean and comfortable apartment. The check took 20-30 min longer as expected. This was due to the busy schedule of the caretaker. Communication was easy, and replies were fast and adequate. Location is great; I loved the little balcony allowing me to sit outside; the temperature in Athens was very agreeable! 10 min walk to conference center/Metro. Many coffee shops and places to relax as well as stores for shopping. Would stay here again」

「Clean and modern room, bedding and towels are sufficient and clean, plenty of space to eat, rest, cook, polite and professional staff is easily reachable via WhatsApp, kitchen supply ready for longer stay. If I were to use the kitchen for longer stay, I would need dishwasher tabs. Not sure if the supermarket have one or two tablets for sale. No fault of the staff or anything, the shop opposite is renovating so there were people outside early in the day. And there is a cafe downstairs and there...

「Place is quiet and cozy. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Just 2 things need to be improved: no slope in the entrance that people have to lite the luggage up to get in. Also staff provide with the wrong entrance code and I arrive but have to wait outside the door in the evening. Others are great.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at The Modernist. The hotel is in a quiet and lovely part of Athens, though very quick and easy to visit the main attractions from here. Breakfast was fabulous and staff all friendly and helpful. Kolonaki has many great non-touristy restaurants too. Would highly recommend. 」
