Rooms are smaaaall, as economy cruise ship small. Beds are hard. No top sheets. No wash cloths in the room. I requested to change rooms… not possible. I requested to cancel my additional 2 nights and they had no problem with that. “Weird” approach to customer service

While the hotel was beautiful, the AC in our room was broke. It was almost 80 degree. We reported it quickly after checking in. A technician came and looked at it.
