Toilet was not clean, had urine on seat and very dirty. Roaches, used q-tips on the floor, hair on the towels. No batteries in remote and room did not have cable box so could not watch tv. I went down to ask if I could change rooms, front desk said I have 10 minutes to get down from the 3rd floor ...

Checking in was a different process, as you had to check in at an adjoining hotel, then walk back to the Holiday to get to your room. A bit confusing in the beginning but you get used to the route.
