Rooms are smaaaall, as economy cruise ship small. Beds are hard. No top sheets. No wash cloths in the room. I requested to change rooms… not possible. I requested to cancel my additional 2 nights and they had no problem with that. “Weird” approach to customer service

There was practically nothing good about that hotel. There is nowhere to unload your car. Parking is $45 per night.
