"When I arrived the Gentleman at the front desk was very polite and gave the room key, when I opened the door I was surprised room was all duty, washroom was duty too, when I came down and told him, he was embarrassed and gave me another room, came up with me to make sure room was clean, also stop at the dirty room and took pictures and again he apologized , he was very nice and polite with me his name was Patrick"
