「Before we arrived they tried to downgrade us several times. They would not take no for an answer and were very rude.
When we did arrive they were no better at check in.
There was no bottled water in the room.
No kettle or tea making facilities.
No welcome amenities.
WiFi does not work.
For the car parking you have to enter a code to access. But they change the code every few hours and don’t tell you.
So every time you return you have to leave your car at the front then walk to reception...
