"I hardly ever leave a 5 * review for a property that does not boast 5* accomodation. But this hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I was upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was great. Early check in and later check out appreciated. Bed very comfy. Shower good water pressure and lots of hot water. Towels generous and fluffy. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Plunger coffee! Location excellent for sky bus to and from airport as well as cbd and viaduct. Staff just lovely and accommodating."

"The desk staff were wonderful- we had issue with our booking - after terrible drive and feeling frustrated they comforted us in a lounge area, provided drinks and sorted out the problem for us. They even upgraded our room which was lovely. Great view, beautiful setting and people. So ideally located in Viaduct. Only small negative balcony was large but needed a good clean - grout of tiles was stained. The view made up for it though. 😊"
