"I have booked 2 queen bed room for one night stay . One of the bed was broken , there was no shampoo / soap in rooms ."

"The shower was stopped up. We had to get someone to come in and fix it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, someone was supposed to come and fix it, one attempt was made, but did not return to fix. The bed was hard as a brick! My back is killing me. Get some new beds. And update your hotel. The carpet in the room was awful. The kitchen cabinets need to be painted as well. You'll be surprised when a little paint will do. But this bed, my back is done and I was here for 3 days"

"Spacious clean room that felt very updated. Front desk staff was very welcoming. But only one elevator was working for a six story hotel and its floor was often wet from kids using the pool. But my chief complaint was breakfast. It runs until 10:00 and we showed up at 9:30 and so much food was already gone. No fruit whatsoever. Practically out of waffle batter. Out of oatmeal and hard boil eggs as well as Greek yogurt. Hot breakfast was very good but no fruit?!"

"Our favorite stay in Cleveland! We spent many nights in various rooms over four years while our son attended Case Western. You can't beat the location. This is a small boutique hotel with wonderful character and the staff was always wonderful and helpful. Their breakfasts always delicious and the setting superb. We will miss this place!"
