"Exceptional. A beautiful well appointed room very comfortable with all the ammenities expected. An oasis is how I would describe it The staff went above and beyond. We made this booking on the morning after our other hotel was affected by a mud slide. It is the the most memorable of all our stays in Hokkaido. Recommended to anyone. Thank you for our stay"

"As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. "Hotel is near the train station but still it is a quiet location. Many restaurants within walking distance and to go to the famous fishing port area for sea food is walking distance of about 15-20mins. Room is clean. Staff were very helpful and always eager to help. The public bath has adequate space, slightly larger than some Route Inn Hotel. Will stay here again next time visited Tomakomai. "
