「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「Awfully rude front desk service by the woman named Elena. Even asking a basic question about the stay was met with an unfriendly and disrespectful response. Possibly the worst front desk ever experienced in 15 years of travel. The place is a little shabby but rooms are decent. Breakfast as average as it gets.」

「Unfortunately as I was entering our room and immediately trying to put the food (a tray of sandwiches I’d purchased, strawberries etc away the fridge actually tipped out towards me pouring water from the freezer part tray all over the food, my legs and carpet. There wasn’t a single towel in the room as I asked my 7 year old to run and grab some. Honest mistake on towels. But the fridge was not okay. My ankle took a beating. The food was spoiled and I had to assist and lift the replacement...
