"The hotel is run down ,water park overcrowded and dirty the ac in the room was not working for two days I was there for 5 days 4 nights my room got cleaned one time because I have to resort to the front desk and let them know that’s unacceptable to summed it up would never return again my kids agreed they need a whole new restoration wall paper peeling the ceiling leaking the food areas not clean the room service hours limited and pretty pricey for lack of service and enjoyment rated a 1 star because the staff tried with what they’re working with "
