「We arrived later in the evening for our stay. We were greeted by two staff members at the front desk and welcomed. The hotel was lovely and quaint. We had such an amazing stay. The room was very comfortable. Even though I was concerned about sounds from the hallway and the train whistles, we rarely heard any ambient noises. It was a magical place to stay. We loved the train decorations, especially my daughter who loved the green lanterns used by past generations of train lines. This is an...

「We stay here each year for a local event. We will stay again.」

「I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. 「I found roaches and Rollie pollies in the shower and the rooms stink」

「Great service!」

「Tile was falling off the walls, the bed sagged in the middle and needs to be replaced, the breakfast was terrible.」

It’s in the grocery store with a drive up.」

However, there are no "amenities" which are usually helpful in a hotel stay. Last time we stayed here our cabin had a kitchen. We expected the same this time, but there was no kitchen-Not even a small refrigerator or microwave as hotel rooms usually have. There was a coffee pot, but no filters. The bathroom shower...
