The hotel was decent. No microwave in the room, had to share one in the lobby. One of the elevators was not working. However, the breakfast was very good. The staff was horrible! Worse we have dealt with in a long time! Tried to get an issue with billing corrected our entire stay and kept getting ...

Breakfast was minimal (coffee, juice, waffles, microwave sausage biscuits, yogurt, banana). Room was clean but needs to be updated, bed was comfortable.

Best Western Athens
The hotel room we were provided was in horrible condition and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I went to request a credit the staff said only the manager can approve a credit and he was not available to discuss a refund during our entire stay
