Great little property, we were a little off season so the rooftop area wasn’t open. Our patio tub was lovely and the place is comfy and clean and easy walking distance to shops and testaurants
Great location in seaside Atami. Easy to get to train station and shopping as well as ferries and rope way. Dining was a great option in hotel as we traveled in from the USA and it solved that piece for us. Staff was friendly and rooms were well appointed and comfortable.
The onsen was amazing and the hotel was right near the beach and cable car to get up to the castle. The shotengai near us became less lively around 8 but you're just a short bus ride up to atami station.
The 4th floor ocean view was amazing. The room is very modern and extremely comfortable. Twin beds were firm but not too hard. They can be pushed together. The mountain view also was unforgettable. The private onsen was so nice to have (I suggest extending the curtain for full surround privacy). Breakfast buffet was fabulous and 1hr was not enough time to eat all the delicious foods (one hour is all we get so dig in!)
There was an excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. The room was large and comfortable, with lots of outlets, and there were light controls by the bed. A huge TV and good coffee in the room. The private onsen on the balcony lets you adjust the temperature to suit your taste. The problem with the private onsen is that it’s not much bigger than a bathtub, so you can’t stretch your legs out at all. Also, because it’s out on the balcony, the noise from other guests and the smoking and vaping smell from their balconies makes it all not so relaxing. Overall, I feel it was overpriced.
Not sure this place was happy to have non Japanese traveler. I just felt unwanted. Although the older gentleman who was working when I checked in was awesome, he helped me with an early check-in one hour early. I was not allowed to use any of the facilities (pool or onsen) because of tattoos but I still had to pay onsen tax when checking out. I showed up to breakfast around nine and was told I couldn’t eat because they close at 9:30. It was buffet style, so I figured 30 minutes would be enough to have a quick breakfast. Also, a restaurant nearby would not let me eat because I did not speak Japanese. Atami was a beautiful town, but unfortunately, I don’t think I would return.
Had such a lovely stay! The Onsen on the 9th floor was amazing, and it was also wonderful to have our own private Onsen bath on our balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Overall is good, it would be better if the hotel could provide a shuttle bus service.
The room is spacious and clean, with an interesting design. The staff at the reception desk were so helpful with our request to change our room to one with a better view of the sea front! After some discussion, they were willing to talk to the manager and switch our room at no extra cost. We really appreciate their efforts and immediate attention to helping to personally move our belongings and amenities to accommodate our 3rd member in the new room, which had not yet been set up for 3 people. The package deal dinner is buffet style, and we enjoyed our sukiyaki. The boiled egg done in hot spring water that we had was perfectly done. Thank you!
The property was abysmal. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a LONG time. The service was far below par with a frantic staff that seemed like they had too much going on to control and the room was a disaster. It appeared as though the room was never cleaned. There was dirt and stains everywhere and worst of all, visible black and white would with algae growth in the washroom/shower area. There was a stench across the entire room. We actually left this hotel a day early and ate the cost of a night just to get out of the premises.
Fantastic room with an onsen bath on the balcony. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a great variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Western choices to eat and drink.
