「The Hotel does NOT worth 1 star. The rooms are with split air conditioning but NOT working ,only giving hot air. The furniture ,sheets,blankets are outdated. The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator. I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so. Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and...

「We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you」

「Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel in Samsun. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Später Check-in war problemlos möglich – das Personal ist rund um die Uhr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung! Die Zimmer sind leicht hellhörig, vorallem wenn andere Gäste die Türen zuschließen. 」
