We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you

Oda duvarlara yapışık sigara koku
İlk otele geldiğimizde resepsiyon bir personel bize güleryüzlü davranmayı karşılamadı memnuniyetsizlik. Oda sigara kokusu çok kötüydü. Cam açtık fakat kokuyu geçmedi koku duvarlara yapışık kalmıştı. Bunların dışında temizlik iyi.
