At the price I paid I was expecting a high three or low four star hotel. What i received was a spacious five star property. The location is excellent near the Black Sea, a museum and local tourist attractions. The valet parking was an unexpected bonus after a long drive. The lobby is spacious, the staff are friendly and efficient, the room large and comfortable. The onsite restaurant has a nice menu with both Turkish and European food well prepared and presented. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good place for conferences

Very nice place but very clear a hotel for conferences. The room was nice, all very clean and with what you need. However a bigger TV with more international channels would be to prefer. For breakfast everything you desire was there so 10/10. One thing the hotel should change would be the serving staff to wait removing used plates/cutlets etc until guests finish eating. Note bene, the turkish coffee we were looking forward for, were undrinkable😢 burned.

Decent Place with Reasonable Rate

Overall a decent place. Staff is nice and friendly. Room serves department should learn basic English, at minimum. House keeping is not too great. A fire department is about 50 feet away from the hotel and often firetruck siren can be heard very loud. Otherwise a good place for even an extended stay. There is a park right in front of the hotel where there a restaurant which will cook all type of fresh seafood purchase from the fishermen outside. Enjoy the meal inside a cozy restaurant. A unique experience.

he hotel was good overall—not excellent, but good. There were no surprises; it was clean but not perfect and comfortable but not outstanding. I’d rate it a 4 out of 5. I didn’t use the café, so I can’t comment on its quality
