"Other than an isolated experience with one staff member, the rest of this staff and every other aspect of the stay was exceptional. Corporate was extremely responsive to my situation. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is totally unique and it gives an excellent experience"

"This place was absolutely wonderful. I wish I’d found it sooner. After a tiny hotel room in Osaka this was an amazing, luxurious room. I loved it. If I ever return this is the type of place I will focus on finding here."

"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However we were surprised at the extra charges for two futons for our children at ¥3000 a piece as well as the ¥3000 late arrival fee, which made it much more expensive than we originally thought. "Excellent stay Lovely hotel with onsen baths"

"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. The building interior was like a maze with beautiful objects and resting places all around and overlooking the garden."

"Great stay. Enjoyed the private Spa."

"Clean, welcoming, very nice onsen experience."

"Everything is good."

"Nice hot spring."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location."

"It’s a clean , old Japanese style hotel with excellent service and reasonable price."

"Large bathroom, close to a train station. Good"

"A unique experience, traditional food, and all experiences. "
