「It is hotel for the kids due to the sports and all activities. Don’t expect great service and luxury. The included food is average and only the good food could be found at the restaurants you pay. The staff is not completely fluent in English so if you order something expect receiving the incorrect order for example ordering a drink could be challenging unless is something straight forward like a Beer. 「We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it.
