The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean, and the hotel was in a very nice, convenient location. The food the lounge, and the lobby were all wonderful. The history of the hotel was very interesting as well.

Horseshoe Black Hawk - A Caesars Rewards Destination
The vents in the room 2 inches of dust hanging out of the so we shut the furnace off so we wouldn’t have to breath it in. The bed was hard as a rock along with the pillows.

Clean room. Floor was quiet. Curtain broke and would not stay closed making the morning light brighten the entire room making it difficult to sleep in
