「Nice hotel in a great location for walking around Estes Park」

「The cottage was wonderful, very clean, quiet, and intimate. The only complaint, which I wouldn’t even call complaining, is that the sheets didn’t stay down on the corners of the bed.」

「Cabin 8-Outdoor furniture and deck was not cleaned off, hot tub was missing all head rests, bathroom door didn't lock and a light bulb was out, dirty towel left behind the bathroom door, shower faucet broken, hair on the sheets in the bedroom bed.」

「We loved the location right on the stream and not too far from all the activities. The cabin was very clean and we enjoyed using the fireplace. Plenty of blankets were provided for these Texans not used to the colder nights. Staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Great overall stay.」

「Hate to give this historic hotel a bad rating but it is a must. Parking was atrocious, no where to park to check in and the gate people were not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the main hotel were dirty. The room they gave us for $345 was subterranean in the Aspire building. When we went to check out at 7:45 am there was no one at the front desk and it had a sign saying go to the main holding which again, no parking and pretty far away. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hotel. ...
