「Great location, warm cozy and clean great stay」

「Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, 」

「Parking tight but good to have for convenience. Used 2 rooms. Tastefully decorated. Mire oldy world charm. Clean and warm. One had a small balcony. Nice for better weather. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Only stayed one night. Was nice to relax in the sitting room at the end of the day. Comfy chairs. Just a small nighle. Would like to have had options of decaf coffee and hot chocolate with a couple of biscuits. I did get decaff when i asked. Not a problem. All in all a very good experience...

「On booking the St Ives Hotel we were informed that the room would be in the annexe and that there would be some steps to negotiate to access the room. No mention that the annexe is located in what appeared to be a service yard and that the room is effectively below ground! Very shabby and grubby. Would definitely not go back there 」

「The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars 」

「The room was nice and clean , not happy about having to try find a cash machine last minute to leave £60 deposit for room, wouldn't let me have the key to use the toilet in my room untl i got the money, no plug in bathroom sink and when i went down to tell woman behind counter i was told no rooms have a plug in the sink,how are you supposed to have a wash a」

「Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. 「I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
