「Great location, warm cozy and clean great stay」

「Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep.
