The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. "The hotel is lovely staff are very helpful rooms are very clean. Our room was so hot at night but we found a fan in the wardrobe so that helped so much. The food was lovely . The entertainment was good. Hotel is quite far out from the centre but the tram stop in right outside the hotel. We had a really good stay and would definitely go back again."
