"The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. "An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Staff very helpful the room we stayed in was a bit tired but clean had all basic amenities for our stay the breakfast was lovely a good choice of hot and cold from the buffet"

"A better than expected experience. The hotel is a little tired but has everything you need. I used the pool and sauna both days. The room was fine, just a single basic room with tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of hot and cold options in a nice room. Excellent location, on site parking. I would stay again for sure!"

"Stayed many times so won't repeat except to say the food is always exceptional and the staff are super friendly/helpful. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were broken on this visit, which was a shame as I was only there one night. Improvements: The Front Door to the Hotel is SO heavy, could an automatic Power Door not be fitted? The Parking - Although Third Party needs sorting. The tarmac at the entrance as you turn of the main road is and in the Car Park itself has massive craters in it that will damage your car if this continues."

"Have stayed a dozen times before always been really good. Was good this time, However in my opinion it is completely unacceptable to charge for pool towels (£2 per towel). This has never happened before. The receptionist was very embarrassed about it and apologised, they said that they wouldn’t pay and suggested using the bathroom towels and using the washer/dryer in the apartment instead of paying. Didn’t pay!"
