"Love the aesthetics of this place. Feels like a historical property as it is. Elevators can barely fit three people but you can only do so much working within the restrictions of a historical site. Staff was top notch. Cozy room, clean and comfy accommodations at a decent price. Would stay again if I go back to Richmond. "

"Everything was great but I was disappointed when Sunday came and all the breakfast items that we had the previous day wasn’t up so my family and I had to walk to McDonalds. Also, even tho it’s hot outside and the hotel has a jacuzzi I would recommend that the pool be heated up some because I saw a lot of kids trying to swim and shivering at the same time and when I tried to get in the pool it was definitely too cold."
