「When we were there, a big storm blew through. We lost power for about three hours in the evening. Thankfully, it was still light out so we could see in our room through the windows, which did leak and we had to use towels from the bathroom to clean up. We were able to get extra towels. 「Loved it, the view of Lake Superior was incredible, we loved having table and chairs to enjoy our coffee in the morning. The suite was spacious. Recommendation would be to update family room furniture, It was great having a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave and Keurig coffee maker for full pot or minis . 「Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!」
