"We had a wonderful stay. The family room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel."

"Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower.
Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time.
Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out."

"The hotel is a wonderful oasis in Hakone, very quiet and serene. The rooms are comfy, it has a toilet, shower and an onsen. Theres also a public onsen which is beautiful and the restaurant is in both the main building and the annex. Theres free drinks at certain times, you use the yukatas provided, so many amenities. Great stay"
