「Great value. Clean, comfy beds, helpful amenities including a fridge in the room, adjoining rooms, nice variety at breakfast. Pool was a little cold but my niece loved it. Hot tub was huge. Small but very functional gym. Quick drive to lots of outdoor spaces including Lapham Peak. Walkable to tons of shops and little fast casual restaurants including ice cream and Starbucks. Easy off/on to highway and convenient to everything we were doing in Delafield and Waukesha. We have family in the area...

「The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. 」

「My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. Basic amenities, mini fridge in the room but a clean room. Staff were nice. Microwave, filtered water, tea, hot cocoa packets available all day on the 1st floor in the reception area. I saw a small gym with 2-3 treadmills that I didn't utilized. Wide elevators. Breakfast was included (cereal, bagels, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, alternating days- bacon...

「Front desk staff is not very customer friendly, sloppily dressed. Rooms are out dated and in need of some updating. Dog friendly facility, however we went to the pool and left the dog in the room for maybe 45mins. Around 8pm and we received a call about the dog barking. Maybe you should not put families with dogs next to families without dogs. I didn’t call the front desk regarding screaming kids. Just a very disappointing stay in general. Breakfast wasn’t very good.. used to be the best...

「Perfect location for why we were in the area. Felt more like a home away from home. Front desk was very helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Was just a great experience. Spent 2 nights here and would definitely do it again if we are in the area.」

「Hotel was nice but the air in the room was so dry which made it hard to breathe..i mentioned that at the front desk during checkout and rhe clerk just said "i know"..no apologies or anything..also the hotel was full of loud kids there for some bowling event」
