"Do not book through third parties. Book directly to avoid hidden fees. I was charged an additional $250 for Resort Fees, about 8 different Taxes, and a daily donation to the national forest!!!!??? I thought donations were my choice??!!! Other than that the place is ok and in the best location, but I’m too mad to remember anything good to say. "

"Ski in ski out worldclass resort with excellent concierge and storage facilities. Centrally located close to multiple restaurants and shops. Outstanding staff ready to help the guest at anytime. Recommend 100%"

"Slopes easily accessible. Ski storage/attendant nice feature. Nice lobby and bar and great to have a restaurant on site. Lots of space on lower lobby level for your personal gatherings. Facility is showing wear; things often don't work ie coffee pot, safe, jacuzzi jets have no power. While staff will address items when brought to attention, they obviously need a better "check list" for house keeping staff. They should work when you arrive. Also having two out of four elevators down during key times (check-in/check-out) makes for long wait times and packed elevators. For what you pay there should be a higher level of quality."
