「Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5).」

She was warm, inclusive, fun, and incredibly attentive — her service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout. 「Very clean, lovely staff, good food options. We stayed 3 nights and should have booked a bigger room rather than standard but facilities great. Parking was busy on the Friday and Saturday for people using the restaurant but still got a space and parking is free!」

「We arrived late on that day, the receptionist Alex gave us a warmly welcome, and all the things were prepared in the room. The room was comfortable, tidy and clean, we had a good sleep on that night.」

「Lovely hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had the family suite which was amazing. Lacked coathangers but other than that it was fantastic. Breakfast was gorgeous and we ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.」

The hotel itself was stunning, both inside and out, with beautiful surroundings and elegant interiors. The spa was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend booking the spa in advance to avoid missing out, as it’s clearly very popular. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.」
