"This property is just beautiful. The landscape, amenities, service, all the above ! I would recommend this hotel a million times. A few things worth mentioning are... Check out required us to take out the trash which is a little unusual for a hotel stay. However, we were in the chalets. Second, they do not supply coffee or tea in the chalets. You would have to purchase it or sneak some back from breakfast."

"Loved the property - staff not so much. Reception staff was friendly then disappeared. Even though there was a bell to ring - no one showed up. This was a Tuesday evening around 8 pm. We waited and waited and other people waited and just grabbed a key to check in. The restaurant on cute great food but again the waiter was not fruendly"

"Absolutely spectacular! Our stay at VAYA was unforgettable. The hotel is modern, spotless, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete, the beds were extremely comfortable, and every member of the staff was genuinely warm and charming. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality.
