"Entrance signage poor . Hotel faculties excellent and location . Staff were very , courteous and helpful . Accommodation was spacious and comfortable however house keeping needs improvement ie soiled toilet brush , requested green tea but not received and cookies were not supplied every day ."

"all i wanted was a lovely clean room with a view of the beach but also not too far from the train station and this was exactly that. it was so close to the beach i could come back and relax after hours in the sun. the place looks even better in person and the lounge was so comfortable, i enjoyed looking at the sky change in the evening. when i left in the morning of my first day, they had refilled the water in my room before i had returned which was incredibly thoughtful due to the weather, i always had enough water to drink to stay hydrated. will definitely be back!"

"Fairly new, smart comfortable rooms. Fan provided during hot weather. Tea, coffee, etc. Good sized room and bathroom. Overbath shower but decent shower. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner menu good and food reasonably priced. Only Doombar on draft for bitter but fine. Service friendly, helpful and prompt throughout. Recommended."
