「This little boutique hotel is located in town a short two minute drive out ten minute walk from the downtown area. After walking through the gates you walk into a lush tropical paradise. The pool area and surrounding lounge areas are well thought out and peaceful. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff and owners are very nice and helpful with area information and the breakfast was very good.」

The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised. Also, be aware that there is no microwave, no oven, no toaster, no safe and no electric outlet in the bathroom. If you are planning to do cooking...

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The resort itself was nice. The beds are hard but everything was very clean. Our 12 year old loved the pools but the beach was too windy, causing cloudy water and sand blasting. Our first night there we had one of the rudest wait staff we've ever met in our life. When asking about the resort menu she seemed annoyed and would visibly roll her eyes and walk away.」
