「This hotel is for travelers who desire a specific experience. First of all, this is a newer facility with spacious beautiful rooms, and an immaculately kept property, Staff is attentive and courteous. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The pool area is very nice, and while we were there, we had no issues getting chairs poolside at any point. Yes the pools get shaded during the day but they are now heated and getting out of the Aruban sun for a spell was not a bad...

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bubali Villas and Apts. property is well maintained and host was very accommodating with all of our requests. Walking distance to Eagle beach and Superfoods. Also, within walking distance to the bus line which we used to travel to Palm Beach, Oranjestad, and Arashi beach. Property rents beach chairs for 5 dollars per day which beats the 20 dollars they will charge you on Eagle Beach. Would stay here again without a doubt.」

「This is not a hotel but a hostel. And as such the place works ok. But when advertised as a hotel it falls short, there is no cleaning of the rooms, not even the toilesbasket is emptied. The power to the a/c is cut during the day and you have to ask for permission to get it switched on again. Towels are not included but cost 10Usd to rent per piece. There is no hot water in the shower This is not only a issue for Chez Lilly but more for Hotels.com as the info is not trustworthy, when seaching...
