I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! We had to extend our trip but the transition to extend our trip was super easy thanks to the manager of the hotel! The hotel is clean, everyone is so helpful and the hotel ground is well kept! 「My stay was during the winter storm on Jan 25. It was a wonderful stay!! All - really all - of the staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly! The breakfast was beyond expectations! Waffles were the best! The Manager was checking in with guests to make sure we were taken care of if we needed anything. And he was very appreciative of his team:). Oh and the bar was great and also very friendly! Food was outstanding.」

「The room was great - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and clean and warm. Everything worked great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. During Christmas there was no room service, but it was nice to let the staff have the days off or reduced hours. I highly recommend this hotel.」
