「It was so nice my 6 year old cried when we left! It was very clean and comfortable. You could easily walk to the Mississippi River and there’s a playground and park once you walk down some steps. There’s a couple places that are easy to get to to eat. Definitely a nice place to stay - especially if you were staying long term. 」

「斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。」

「Staff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice.」

「We had an excellent experience at Hampton Inn and suites Memphis East Germantown. The entire hotel, including our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was decorated in an up-to-date manner with all modern amenities. The staff, especially Kay, at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...
