This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Trauma Center my son is in. I expressed this upon check in that the room would be used for our family to be able to catch a nap between visits. The clerk is the rudest woman on the planet. When we asked for the wifi password, we were told we couldnt have it because we booked through a booking site. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned the entire time we were there. There is a $50 cash deposit upon check in that is not specified on the site. I could go on and on about the treatement from this place. I will NEVER stay here again. They knew the situation we are facing with my son being in the trauma center. None of that mattered. We didnt ask for special treatment. Just basic hotel courtesies, like clean towels and wifi access.
