「This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. Several fees were also added that were not obvious when booking. The experience did not reflect the property’s...

「I needed to be in that specific area and the room could not have been more pleasant. Bed was comfy. The Non Smoking room smelled like a non smoking room. The placed was clearly full but the guests were respectful and not loud. Brava ya'll. Oh, and it was clean!」
