「Possibly the best hotel that we have stayed at. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Everything was top notch. After talking to others, found out this is the only hotel that they will stay at when travelling through this area.」

「2 night stay, room was clean. Bed was “made” after first night, no coffee left for 2nd night. Empty coffee wrapper was left on dresser. I would stay again, just noting the minor flaws」

「Air conditioning didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and was extremely dirty, microwave was dirty, shower curtain and one of the bed covers had mystery stains, and the front door was very hard to open and close. However the lobby workers were extremely nice and made the process easier also let me have my dog even though they had a policy change however the room keeper lady was rude. 」

「The room was clean, but we had an issue with the toilet fixture. It had a loud ringing noise from time to time. Possibly it was a pressure valve noise. I reported it when we checked out.」

「There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub/shower had mold in the grout/caulk. The doorframe in the bathroom was rusted and water leaked everywhere. The showerhead didn't work properly so we have to adjust multiple times to get the correct water pressure to get clean. The room lacked lighting in the extended area where the couch was and the thermostat for the AC didn't work. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but I wouldn't go back. 」

「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」

「Thin walls and don’t let others sleep especially when you get late checkout to sleep in and the staff cleaning, ain’t their fault it’s poor structure, thin as walls」

「The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!」

「Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.」
