「A high quality hotel in the area with comfy rooms and good shower facilities. Meals were ok, not "great" but adequate. The dinner is quite expensive, but if you don’t want to go out on a super windy night, dining at the hotel restaurant can save you a lot of hassle. Enjoyed our stay, and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It is also close to some of the trials in the area so that’s very nice, too.」

「After a long travel day from the USA, I arrived at this property. The hotel staff was remarkably hospitable and provided us with just the right amount of information. The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. The delightful view and the in-room hot tub/bath tub are a perfect touch after a long day exploring the mountain town. 」

「雖然酒店離巴士站很遠，到埗時會比較不便，但酒店附近有超市和食肆，補給非常方便。 亦非常接近登山步道，對於健行人士來說非常方便。 早餐不錯，房間整潔，接待亦有禮。 離開時亦可在旁邊旅館上巴士回el calafate或機場，整體我們非常滿意。」

「我們來此度蜜月，在飯店裡待了兩晚，預定地是Junior Suite房型。本飯店極為優秀，不僅挑不出缺點，甚至在各方面都感到甚為滿意，不管是房間本身、服務人員、大廳與公共設施、附設的餐廳與酒吧，以及附近的景觀，都堪稱頂級。 其中最令人難忘的是飯店下方比格勒海峽的海灘，雖然訂房網頁沒有特別註明，我們是到了才知道飯店下方有個私人海灘。海灘非常非常乾淨、海水也很美，特別是能眺望比格勒海峽對面的雪峰，這景觀實在是太美！！」
