「Esse é aquele hotel que todo mundo deveria ficar pelo menos uma vez na vida. A equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosas, educadas, carismáticas. O quarto sem detalhes, perfeito! A piscina externa não é coberta então como fui no verão e estava muito sol não deu para aproveitar.」

「We had a great time. Staff was very helpful and explained everything very well. Room was great, location was close to everything. The only minor detail was the water at the shower that wasnt hot or strong enough. In general, I would recommend this hotel. 」

「I loved my trip to Iguazu and my stay at Selvaje Lodge. There’s definitely a jungle feel to the place! The staff was very helpful and were a great help to me when planning my trip - their response to correspondence was quick. You don’t need to worry about Ubers or taxis because there are always drivers there who work for the hotel. Ask for Jorge B. - he’s awesome!」

「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...
