This was a beautiful property, thre photos didn’t do it justice. The attention to detail was incredible from the moment you drove through the gates. The interior was beautiful, the rooms everything you could wish for. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to make your stay the best experience it could be. I 100% recommend Gaia Lodge.
Our Room was amazing, so comfortable, everywhere was very clean and the views of the vineyard & Andes were fantastic. We ate in the restaurant both evening, plus breakfast each morning and everything was excellent
Lovely little boutique hotel in the middle of an organic winery. Loved being able to watch the sun set over the mountains and vineyard. Everything felt very new and well appointed. The onsite restaurant was very good as well. Highly recommend when staying Mendoza.
Gaia Lodge is amazing. When you are in Ruta 89, you can reach other vineyards. The hotel is amazing, the food, the room, the staff, everything is perfect. I had an amazing view to the mountain. It’s so exclusive and I’ll be back next year.
We had a great stay at the Gaia Lodge. The views were amazing, the hotel decor was great. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast & dinner were very good & and the staff was very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay.
Gaia Lodge is an amazing experience to enjoy. It’s perfect to get away from the problems of the city. The hotel has a perfect view to the mountains. The Food is great and i recommend an experience with the chef. The staff was very helpful all the time. Thank you for all Gaia lodge staff members for receiving my family so nicely. I’ll be back soon.
Fantastic location in the heart of a vineyard. Stunning view of the Andes and the room was large and comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine was excellent and food was great. The balcony overlooking the Vineyard as also a great place to enjoy the local flavour.
We would highly reccommend visiting this property.
A great 3 day visit!!
Nice staff, nice nature, great food and wine. You should know the place is quite remote for European standards.

Stunning boutique hotel surrounded by vines, and with a beautiful view of the Andes from the patios and even when lying in bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy, WiFi works perfectly and the restaurant is lovely, with included breakfast. Highly recommended for exploring the local region and wine tasting around Mendoza and Uco Valley. A car would be necessary, because it's quite isolated, but that adds to the charm.
Amazing food. Quiet stay . Tour options for winery in spanish and english and or a horse back riding option also . We used the peddle bikes that are free to use and toured down the gravel roads between the rows of vines . Wonderful stay . Uber does not come there though so if you dont have your own wheels , youll pay extra for the drive service

If there was a half star option, I would give it. The staff are all very nice and the property is pretty. They communicate with you prior to your arrival and are quick to respond to questions. The breakfast is filling and we really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice. We had dinner there one evening and it was quite lower in price compared to other wineries, the portions were large, and the food decent. We had an issue with the room we were initially given (AC really did not work well, the window shade coming off the wall, and I could feel the springs in the bed). They did work with us to change rooms—the bed and AC were a slight improvement but still not great. I feel like with a few extra touches, this place would shine. Some of bathrooms are a bit worn down, poor AC, and beds and pillows that probably need replacing. It would also be helpful to have some rugs on the floors to make the rooms feel a bit cozier. I also recommend that the hotel provide guests with a parking pass/placard so that you don’t have to talk with the security attendant as much. We stayed for three nights so by the time we left, security recognized our vehicle, but it would have made it a tad more convenient. I applaud the staff for working to make the experience good for guests and wish them well!
All the ingredients of a memorable stay. A modern, quiet and very well maintained hotel, with very clean and comfortable facilities. Amazing location right in the middle of Tupungato, which is very convenient for your Valle de Uco winery visits. The views of the vineyards and the mountains is superb. Service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. Friendliness, politeness, helpfulness, personalized attention... all that you would expect from hotel staff. In particular, Gabriel at the restaurant was outstanding, giving us perfect service at the 2 dinner experiences that we had at the hotel. Cheff Adrian has built a magnificent cuisine offering, combining world and regional influences with local ingredients and styles. He was very detailed explaining his cooking philosophy and quite interested in receiving constructive feedback. He has a brilliant future ahead. I would recommend to reserve at least 2 or even 3 nights to truly enjoy this hotel gem. Kudos to the Domaine Bousquet owners, you have built something remarkable here.
Beautiful modern property with great views of the vineyards. The food was over the top amazing, the staff was professional, kind and courteous. We had a lovely tour of Domain Bosquet, an organic winery located on the property. Highly recommended.
Great stay, excellent service.
A pity that the bikes were broken and we couldn’t enjoy the great landscape (one of our aims when booking with them instead of other hotels in the region), but the overall was still very much satisfying!
Room was awesome view is awesome staff are awesome breakfast is awesome location is awesome. The dinner is absolutely amazing and of course the wine is exceptional!
