「It's too expensive！」

「The room was a small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a large living room and small open kitchen with a stove, microwave and a dishwasher. But that’s where the good points end, unfortunately. The room was extremely dirty. The sheets/duvet cover were stained, Several outlets were falling out of the walls. The HVAC vents were caked with dirt/dust. The carpets were not clean enough to walk on without shoes. I actually found a sizable piece of broken glass in one of the bedrooms. There were dead...

「There was no hot water at all and parking was abysmal. Owner wasn’t helpful at all」

「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」
