「Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests.」

「The proximity to the beach was amazing! Check in was easy. The room was okay-poor. The bathroom was clean and great! Sheets and bed were great! Carpet had stains close to the patio doors. Also, lots of mold on the drapes and carpet and wall around the patio doors. Our room faced west and was ground floor.
