「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. 「I stayed at this Hotel as my Sister said it was a hiddem gem, I was hesitant to book at first, however, I can honestly say I am so plessed I did. It is a lovely Hotel with friendly & welcoming staff. The room was nicely decorated, large enough for 1 person, I booked a few little extra's on the pre booking form which was placed in my room prior to check in.
