「Great place to stay seemed super clean and new!」

「Didn’t have pool towels. Went to front desk to ask and they didn’t have any. Only 2 towels in our room.」

「The hanger in the bathroom is failure. But everything is fine especially the staff are nice and kind ready to help.」

「Location was close to airport, staff was very kind and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative and this seems to be in any hotel no matter what the price anymore was the awful smell of skunk weed coming from rooms as you went down the hallway. It 2026 people! get some edibles because no one wants to smell that garbage, especially families with little kids.」

「I always love staying in your hotels, but you you only have an outdoor pool and with the tropical depression we couldn’t go in the pool. And then your air conditioning in the rooms is awful. You really have to do something about it. We were lucky enough that we travel with a fan but even at 65° it felt like 85° so you really have to update your air conditioning in your hotel other than that everybody was so nice so great we had such a great time. 「Even though this is listed as an airport hotel they do not have a shuttle to the airport. When we checked in we were supposed to have a room with a tub and this was not the case. The agent stated all the tub rooms were booked. When we got to our room the room had not been cleaned. Got assigned a room on first floor where there was a window in our room but when opening the curtains the window looked onto an indoor hallway to the gym and pool therefore you cannot use that window for natural light...
