"The location is really nice, even though it's a bit of a letdown that garage parking isn't available. There's some unclear info about the TZL zone, but the hotel staff has assured me it's no problem. It’s a cozy Best Western motel—what more can you ask for? My room might have some surprises, but overall, it’s a comfortable stay."

"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"Clean room, nice property and near to airport and that’s possibly the only negative part was it’s access from Florence Santa Maria station and main city which you have to take a taxi or have a car. Overall good stay!!"

"It was perfect accommodations , the staff was extremely kind and helpful for anything needed and the facilities were exceptional . They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . Would love to revisit and will be telling friends and family of our experience . "
